The apartments and the buildings:
Inside Campetroso Village there are three buildings, the "Vecchio Casale", the "Casa degli Ulivi" and the "Fattoria" as well as the new “Health Farm”. All apartments have a private swimming-pool.
Farmhouse "Vecchio Casale":
The Vecchio Casale , from the year '900 has been renovated in 1999, keeping the old Tuscan buildings’ standards, with beamed roof and in some rented apartments, the indoor walls are made of stone. Porches and stairs have been kept the same, the parts that have been damaged over time have been reconstructed, often using original materials. This rural home has been turned therefore into a holiday home and it is composed of eight two-bedroom apartments and three studio apartments. The property has a 6000 metres garden and a beautiful 14x7 metres swimming pool with solarium, children facilities and games, barbecue and chill out areas for our guests.Holiday Apartments "La Fattoria":
The Fattoria ( Farm ) is a farmhouse that recaptures the traditional aesthetics of Tuscan farmhouses of last centuries together with the use of green material and renewable energy, a beautiful building equipped with all the modern comforts and a communal hall for the guests. The apartments are split into studio flats, two and three bedroom apartments, each with private entrance and a patio. At about 25 metres from the apartments there is a beautiful 15x10 metres swimming pool with children area with a shallow part for children (60 cm.).Holiday House "La Casa deli Ulivi" :
The Casa degli Ulivi is an outbuilding situated only 30 metres from the farm and has been renovated in 2006, it’s a farmhouse style house split into 3 apartments, a two bedroom apartment and three very large three bedroom apartments, they all have a patio and a garden. It takes its name from the beautiful olive grove that surrounds the area around the garden. This accommodation is ideal for families or a group of friends who could rent out the whole building. The three bedroom apartments have a fireplace.
