We realized this new structure taking into consideration and respecting all these things, that’s why we only used natural materials for the construction and paints which were completely biological and we wanted to use the sun for the electric power and in order to heat the water.

The Studio Apartments (2+1 pax).

Studio apartments: these are apartments constituting one room with a four-poster double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette, completely equipped, is set out on one level with sink and grill plates for cooking. Moreover it has a refrigerator and microwave-grill oven. Within the sideboard you will find all the necessary utensils, crockery and pots. This type of apartment is ideal for a married couple or also a family with a baby, since a cot can be added.

Double Room Apartments (4+1 pax).

Two-room apartments: they are apartments designed for a family or for couples who want greater comfort; a cot or a bed for your younger children can also be added here. They comprise a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a kitchen sitting room with kitchenette complete with everything needed, including a dishwasher and a double sofa-bed with slatted bed base in order to make this also as comfortable as possible. This typology of apartment can be found both on the ground floor and on the superior floor.

Triple room Apartments (6+1 pax).

Three-room flats: They are apartments suitable for larger families or groups of friends who want to stay together. They are constituted by a double bedroom, a room with two beds (with the possibility of pushing them together), a kitchen sitting room with a double sofa-bed and bathroom with shower. This typology of apartment also has a dishwasher besides all the household appliances and utensils provided in the other apartments. As for the previous ones, the three-room flats are available both on the ground floor and first floor.

The Swimming Pool:

The Swimming Pool: For the Farm we used our 10-year experience dedicated to receptivity, constructing a swimming pool that uses the latest technology as regards thermal insulation, filtering and water maintenance. The chemical levels of the swimming pool are controlled in real time thanks to control units that vary the addition of disinfectants based on the activity load of the pool receptacle. The double filter allows a complete recycle of the water in less than 2 hours, ensuring it is perfect at any given moment of the day. We have dedicated a wide area of the pool to children, with a 60 cm shallow end where your children will gain confidence with their swimming in complete safety. The swimming pool has a solarium area with deckchairs and tables at the disposal of guests.
